banns book Thomas is described 'of Petersfield'. Although there is no suitable baptism at
Petersfield, there are
baptisms of a Thomas Taylor at Greatham on 14th February 1754 (son of
Thomas & Jane) and another at Hawkley (son of
Robert and Sarah) on 18th April 1755.
